“Confusing service, but great info

Pros

I really enjoy using the software because the interface is super interesting and easy to get the hang of. It has all the features I could ever need and it makes navigating the service really smooth. I can always find what I need to make everything work perfectly.

Cons

There aren't a lot of browsing options or categories in this software. And if the company's server isn't working properly or the internet's slow, I can't access any of the data stored in it, which is super frustrating.

“Alldata keeps crashing online

Pros

The color wiring diagrams are pretty much the only thing that stands out to me. They're helpful but that's about it.

Cons

It crashes way too often, especially at the end of the day when customers are picking up their cars. It's really annoying.

“Simple process for parts and labor

Pros

I'm really impressed by the huge variety of car manufacturers and parts. There's just so much to choose from!

Cons

There's no data for exotic cars like Lamborghinis or Ferraris, which is a big downside for me.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use. I can always find exactly what I'm looking for without any Issue.

Cons

Sometimes, I can't even find the labor times for certain repairs. It's pretty inconvenient when that happens.

Pros

I'm still a little unsure. So far, I've only used AllData because it's been my go-to. I'm actually thinking of switching providers now but I'm still looking around.

Cons

There are a lot of issues with incorrect statements on invoices. Plus, there's no access to reports and I can't even organize labor and parts properly. There's also no daily sales ledger for operations, which makes tracking things difficult.

Pros

It's super easy to use and it really does give you everything you could possibly need.

Cons

The page navigation is a problem. I constantly have to go back and forth to get to certain areas. It could be way more streamlined.
