Pros
ARI is definitely a must-have for anyone in auto repair. Whether you're running a repair shop, doing mobile mechanic work, working as an independent tech or dealing with cars at an auto dealership, it is a game-changer.
Cons
The only downside I'd say is that it doesn't have references for automotive collision and refinishing. That's something I've noticed missing.

I love how you can just scan the VIN on a car and instantly get all the history of work that's been done on it. It's super convenient and saves so much time.
Cons
It's a little on the expensive side but I still think it's totally worth it for all the features and convenience it offers.

It is great because you can really personalize it to fit your needs. It helps you get everything done to run a garage, all in one place. The only thing I'd say could use a bit of improvement is the work turning process.
Cons
Not much to say here either, this system is flexible and it adjusts to meet your needs pretty easily.

ARI has seriously made my life easier. Creating quotes and keeping clients updated on their car's issues and progress is so much simpler now.
Cons
One thing I've struggled with is parts inventory management. It can definitely be a bit of a challenge.

Pros
It gives you way more information about the car. Doing reports is easy with all the pre-loaded prices too, it saves me a ton of time.
Cons
I've had some technical issues, especially with the beta camera. It never really works well, which can be frustrating.
