“Excellent value for money
Pros
Autodeals has completely replaced at least four different service providers that I was paying monthly fees to. This software is the complete package. My business can be managed and run entirely with it. It is secure, incredibly fast and I can access it from pretty much any device.
Cons
The only thing I regret is not starting to use it sooner.

“Pretty perfect tool
Pros
With Autodeals you get a full range of products such as email, texting, website leads all funneling into one place making your sales team more efficient at closing deals and managing info. The document storage is streamlined and it reduces the number of clicks. Plus everything is conveniently located in one spot. Before I was juggling about six different programs but now I just use Auto Deals. I absolutely love it!

“Works as we expected
Pros
We mainly use the Deals, Vehicles and Accounting sections. These areas are simple to navigate and easy to use. We can easily capture all the information needed for smooth daily operations. The layout is clear and finding information is quick. Plus the integration with DMV forms makes creating the necessary paperwork effortless. I truly like the responsiveness of the Autodeals team as they have been very helpful whenever I have had questions, needed a form added or needed specific data. Their customer service is outstanding too.
Cons
One downside is the lack of filtering and querying options. I would love to be able to generate reports and data based on different criteria. Also it is hard for developers to anticipate all the ways this data should be displayed so it would be great if users could create their own reports instead of relying only on predefined ones. Another issue is the ability to easily update certain pieces of information especially prices. We have multiple units of the same type and right now with prices changing, it would be a huge time-saver to change prices across multiple items without needing to edit each one individually. As this would also improve accuracy.
