Pros

This program really helps bring my shop into the modern age. The best part is how it helps with communication. It's super easy to send and receive texts, pictures and even inspections. It's definitely made things smoother for both us and our customers.

Cons

Most of the time, the spell check didn't really work so I had to double-check everything myself. But honestly, we still love the program and continue using it because it's super helpful.

Pros

My shop is huge, about 10,000 square feet and this program has been a game-changer. We can easily stay in touch with each other through office texting which keeps things running smoothly. plus we get instant updates on vehicle status, which helps a ton.

Cons

The 7" tablets don't have a flash for pictures, which can be a bit tricky in low-light situations.
