Feature-rich software solution

Pros

The reporting and inventory management features are excellent and honestly, I'm impressed with all the other features the platform offers.

Cons

Perfect solution for automotive shops

Pros

With tools like job cards, inventory management and barcode/VIN scanning, It has made automating a lot of tasks in my garage super easy. It saves me time and cuts down on mistakes. Plus, having all my business info in one place makes it much easier to keep track of sales, profit and customer satisfaction.

Cons

Implementing a new software like GaragePlug takes time and there's definitely a learning curve. Since it's cloud-based and relies on internet connectivity, it's crucial to have a stable internet connection and backup plans in case of any technical issues.

Pros

Great transparency and helpful support

Pros

The system is so easy to use and it's packed with features that help improve my workflow and streamline my workshop processes.

Cons

The technician app doesn't work on Windows tablets, which is a bit frustrating. Other than that, I don't have any major complaints.

Ideal software for any auto-related business

Pros

It has become my all-in-one platform for managing my business in a really straightforward way. I use it for scheduling, creating invoices, CRM, job cards and even digital inspections.

Cons

They offer a trial period but after it ends, the pricing is quite high compared to other solutions. I've also noticed that the Android app sometimes crashes or doesn't respond properly when uploading or performing certain tasks.
