Pros
I guess it's okay if you just need something to handle a windshield sticker. It gets the job done but that's about it.
Cons
Sometimes it just doesn't work right and there seem to be a lot of bugs. Definitely needs a lot more work.

“Very poor tool
Pros
I had a pretty rough time using this software. At first, everything seemed fine but then it just started falling apart. From launching the app to doing basic tasks, it kept having problems.
Cons
This app is super slow and full of bugs. I honestly don't know why it was even released without proper testing. And the cherry on top? The customer support, which was honestly more of a hassle than the app itself.

“Really disappointing

Honestly, there's absolutely nothing useful about this software. Seriously, nothing at all.
Cons
Everything about this program is a mess, bugs everywhere, no tech support. I've been a user since 1991, back when you actually had to buy the software and pay for support. But when they switched to a 'rental' model, they stopped supporting my 'owned' software. And to top it off, I lost access to my old repair orders because I didn't keep paying for a service I wasn't even using anymore. So after 15 years of customer records, they were gone. And I'm pretty sure this review won't even get published.
