Super easy to use

Pros

I love how many features this tool has! It's so easy to use and I've noticed a lot of upgrades over time. Whenever I've needed help, their tech support or customer service has always been super responsive and helpful.

Cons

Honestly, I didn't have any issues while using it. Everything ran smoothly and I was pretty satisfied with how well it worked.

Perfect fit for running my shop

Pros

This has been a game-changer for us! It's saved us so much time when it comes to scheduling appointments and managing our inventory. Everything, from invoices to transaction details is now all organized in one place, making everything way more efficient.

Cons

The user interface feels pretty outdated and old-school, lacking any kind of polish. It also has a steep learning curve if you're not familiar with SaaS software. I was really hoping for better documentation, like visual guides that pop up on the screen to help go through everything.

Packed with useful features

Pros

Honestly, this system is really solid. It covers everything from shop management to inventory and client management. Plus, it works really well with the online part ordering system from our vendors. There's also a lot of customization options to fit what I need.

Cons

The marketing features could definitely use some improvement. I couldn't really use many of them and I felt like the scheduling and appointment system was lacking. It was hard to manage technician availability properly, which made it a bit frustrating.

Right tech solution

Pros

Maxx Traxx is so easy to use, it's simple and flexible. The inventory management feature is especially useful and has made my life a lot easier.

Cons

The price can definitely be a bit off-putting to be honest. It's not the cheapest option out there, so it might make you second-guess whether it's worth it.
