Pros

I love how it reminds me of repairs and inspections that tend to get overlooked in the industry. plus ordering parts directly through CollisionLink is super convenient!

Cons

One thing I don't like is how slow it can be when switching between tabs. It can get a bit frustrating.

It's super easy to use and training new employees on it is very easy.

Honestly, there aren't too many things I dislike about it, except that it didn't have exactly what we needed for our vehicles.

It has everything my repair shop needs. It's simple, dependable and gets the job done right.

The software definitely needs an update. The user interface feels outdated and it could really use a makeover to bring more features into one place.
