The team support is definitely the best part of this software. They're always there to resolve any issues I have and I really appreciate how the team manages everything. Honestly, competitors just seem to copy their trends and ideas.

Cons

Sometimes the tools don't quite understand how we work and people get stuck. The team support is always there to help, but it would be great if everything just worked automatically and as expected.

I really love how this software covers everything your car needs during the repair process, from managing repairs to communicating bills and repairs. As far as I know, no competitors do it as well.

Cons

I wish this was around in the 90s when everything was handled by mail. It solves so many problems. plus the regular updates keep improving the app, fixing bugs and optimizing performance.
