Pros

I love how easy it is to track payments, inventory and work hours. Everything is right there in front of me, so I can stay on top of things without any problem.

Cons

I don't have any complaints so far since I'm a first-time user. Everything seems pretty straightforward to me.

It really helps digitize everything in the garage, which is super important in today's tech-driven world. The payment methods are simple and being able to track everything with ease makes a huge difference. Plus, it's customizable which is a big plus.

Cons

I think the mechanics might struggle a bit at first with the setup but once they get the hang of it, it's a solid tool. It's a complete solution, so no need for anything extra. I do wish customer support was a little better, though.

It makes handling billing, invoicing and estimates very easy. The order management feature is a lifesaver and I can also look up VINs quickly. I really appreciate how I can keep track of service history, it's a game changer.

Cons

Some features are still being rolled out but honestly, I haven't found anything that I don't like so far. It's been working pretty well for us.
