I've found that WinWorks is super customizable and flexible. Honestly, the best part about this software is the tech support. They're always available and really go above and beyond to help you tweak the software to fit the specific needs of your shop. I can't stress enough how responsive and helpful they are. It's definitely the standout feature of this software!
Cons
It's been a while since I last used WinWorks, so they may have improved their online tools since then. But when I used it, I noticed it didn't have the same connectivity and communication features that some other shop management software offered.
