“powerful call center toolkit”
Pros
Comes with a strong set of features, including call recording, call logging, automatic call distribution, computer telephony integration, reporting and analytics, queue management and call scripting. It covers the core tools needed to manage calls efficiently and keeps daily operations well organized.
Cons
One thing to keep in mind is that this isn't free software. The price is on the higher side but considering what it offers, it still feels worth paying for.

“handy calling from anywhere”
Pros
Screen sharing is really useful and being able to take calls from anywhere is the best part. It's also very user friendly overall.
Cons
It doesn't feel like the right fit for large group meetings or bigger company virtual events.

“Call data insights are solid”
Pros
It works really well for communication and being able to go back afterward and pull data from calls adds a lot of value.
Cons
The interface feels like it could be simplified a little more so things are quicker and easier to find.

“better calls and screen sharing”
Pros
Compared with tools like MS Teams, the screen sharing and audio quality here are much better. It's also very simple for clients to connect and join audio or video calls without much trouble.
Cons
Honestly, it takes a little while to get used to the navigation at first.

“accessible communication in one place”
Pros
Having one accessible place for communication has been really helpful. When team members are all using different kinds of technology to stay in touch, this makes it much simpler for everyone to connect and still pull up the items needed for the discussion without crowding things with a bunch of separate programs.
Cons
At the beginning, it took me a little time to fully figure out how to get into a comfortable flow with using it.

“confusing interface”
Pros
As a cloud contact center platform, it does a solid job of helping support and improve workforce performance especially through its integration with Microsoft Teams and Skype and the efficiency that brings.
Cons
On the downside, there are a lot of tabs to work through which can make the interface confusing and any necessary changes usually require reaching out to the provider.

“helpful call insights”
Pros
A few features have been especially useful for us, particularly call recording. It's been a big help for training. The call identifier is another strong point since it gives us information about the caller before we even answer. On top of that the reporting has been valuable as well. We use the charts to see which location is performing best when it comes to answering calls and to track any missed calls.
Cons
Getting everything set up was a bit challenging at first. We also had to spend quite a bit of time on training because our previous method wasn't as simplified though that's not really a criticism of Anywhere365 itself.

“Works across multiple devices”
Pros
Being able to use it from virtually anywhere has been really convenient. It also works across multiple devices which is especially helpful when I need that kind of flexibility.
Cons
The only downside is adjusting to a new app, a new tool and a different way of doing things.

“flexible queue handling”
Pros
I love how it has different options people can use while waiting in the queue. Leaving a voicemail is uncomplicated and managing callers in the queue is simple and efficient.
Cons
It works well for handling calls but it is not as strong when it comes to chats and file sharing still has some issues.
