“useful integrations”
Pros
Interface feels very simple to use, the webhook integration options are really useful and the company's team spirit comes across in a very positive way.
Cons
I wish there was a trial version available for testing although paying 300 euros for a test does make you look more closely at the possibilities and hiring an employee for a day would probably cost more anyway and they likely would not have spent 33 hours on calls. Password fields are unobfuscated on save. You can tell some parts were developed quite quickly but that also suggests a feature set that is growing fast.

“surprisingly natural voice quality”
Pros
Over the past few weeks, I've been using this and it has honestly left a very positive impression on me. The platform is laid out in a really logical way so it doesn't take much time to get familiar with it or find what you need. I'm also especially pleased with how natural the AI voice sounds which makes customer conversations feel more pleasant and professional.
Cons
There are only a few options for connecting it with other software and that's something that could definitely be improved.

“Nothing slips through”
Pros
Now every call gets answered without adding unnecessary staffing costs. Nothing slips through anymore so no calls are missed.
Cons
The developers seem to have thought of everything important and the UI is very simple to use. There's honestly nothing I dislike about it.

“smart call routing”
Pros
There's a really wide range of features here and the layout stays clear and well organized. The selection of tools makes a lot of sense, the technical side is quite extensive while still being simple to use and the call forwarding to phones works exceptionally well.
Cons
Getting an email address recognized when asking the caller for it often turns into a frustrating back and forth and can drag on until you just give up and hang up. Proper names, such as the caller's name, are also not recognized reliably enough and the agent's voice volume can vary at times.

“assistant responds personally”
Pros
Right away, it stands out with its remarkably natural voice quality and the flexibility it offers. What really impressed me is how personally the AI assistant responds during customer conversations, almost as if a real person were actually on the phone. Getting everything set up is quick and the dashboard gives a clear overview of all calls and conversation histories. It works especially well for support, sales and appointment scheduling.
Cons
At the moment, the options are still a bit limited when it comes to more complex conversation flows or API integrations with existing systems. A deeper connection with CRM tools such as HubSpot would also be a welcome improvement.

“Amazing voice automation”
Pros
Getting started was easy and the support team has been both friendly and knowledgeable whenever needed. The speech recognition works very well, the conversations sound natural and the system can be customized to specific needs. It takes pressure off employees while also improving the overall quality of service.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning and some prior knowledge of prompt design helps if you want to get the most out of all its capabilities.

“simple to set up”
Pros
We built our AI voice agent with Fonio. At first, I was a bit hesitant. I'm comfortable with technology but definitely not an expert. I was also unsure how our customers would react to speaking with an AI on the phone. In the end, getting everything set up was surprisingly simple and I'd say anyone who sets aside a few hours can manage it without trouble thanks to the really helpful tutorials and videos. Our customers are thrilled with it!
Cons
Im trying to come up with something just to fill this section but that would be pointless. So all I can really say is keep it up because right now I have nothing to criticize.

“smooth onboarding experience”
Pros
Getting started was quick and simple. As a partner, we really value the close collaboration and the clear focus the team brings. Compared with other solutions we've used, we've been much more satisfied so far especially when it comes to usability.
Cons
The only real downside is the lack of a proper trial phase. You have to jump in right away without being able to test it beforehand. That said if you ask, they do take the time to walk you through everything and explain it clearly.
