“user friendly tool”
Pros
Getting started with the product was simple and it was easy to access and navigate. Even as someone who isn't very tech savvy, I found it very user friendly.
Cons
There are still a few bugs that need to be ironed out especially with the voicemail feature which can be a little slow to open. That said, I was able to figure it out after some time.
