Highly tailored MES value

Pros

ANT was able to customize the MES interface and its features extensively which let us get much more value out of the system and use it in a way that really fit our needs.

Cons

A more thorough review of all features should have happened before implementation started. Once we realized the system could do more with additional tailoring, the rollout ended up taking longer than planned. The parts that were less simple were then adjusted during implementation.

well-integrated and scalable

Pros

The MES connects well with our existing data systems and pulls in information from PLC devices order statuses and other operational sources without issue.

Cons

Its functionality is there and the system is scalable enough to adapt to our needs.

Efficient reporting with lean insight

Pros

Reporting has been dependable and the visibility into aggregated results is genuinely useful. It helps a lot with shift-by-shift and weekly prioritization by loss category and the system is fully flexible when it comes to matching a user's own KPI standards. There's also a solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing KPIs built into the platform.

Cons

One gap is the lack of SKU-based reporting and related insights. On top of that, the upkeep of features that aren't used often can be inconsistent.. for example, Parameter Masterdata sets are not aligned across all machines.

Clear interface and flexible reports

Pros

Right from the start, the product feels very simple to work with and managing users is simple. The reports can be adjusted to fit different needs which is really useful. The interface is very clear as well so operators can immediately see where problems are coming from.

Cons

It isn't really built for OTP modules or more complex setups. On cigarette machines, it performs very well because there is only one maker and one packer but once several machines are connected in a row and the logic has to determine where a stop originated, the system often fails to identify the correct root cause. Aside from that, it would be better if the system were more flexible and tailored to each piece of equipment.

Pros

Having real-time visibility into production and machine conditions is one of the most valuable parts of this software. It helps users respond quickly and make accurate decisions when issues come up or adjustments are needed.

Cons

Pros

From the start, the system has met all of our functional requirements. The interface is user-friendly, the navigation feels simple and day-to-day operation is simple. promising production order setup

Pros

At this stage, Accevo MES is still being integrated but we're already working with the basic functions, mainly around production orders. The system is simple to use and I'm looking forward to the full integration so we can take advantage of all the tools and benefits it offers.

Cons

The only issue so far is that the integration is taking longer than we originally planned. Aside from that, every function implemented up to this point has fit well into our processes and has been very useful.

Clear interface and flexible updates

Pros

The software has a clear layout and is simple to use. It's also simple to make and apply small changes when needed.

Cons

At times the software returns missing or incorrect data, such as when the production counter shows nothing. In those cases, support is always needed and during that period the inaccurate data ends up distorting our statistics.
