Keeps our equipment running when we need it most

Pros

The charts present information in a clear and easy-to-understand format. The support staff is outstanding, and even employees with minimal computer experience can use the system safely.

Cons

I think different pricing models for the software would be helpful. While it's easy to use, having more online documentation or video tutorials would make the learning process even smoother.

Very userfriendly only if used correctly and it makes searching for information and tracking history simple.

Cons

Managing user permissions and access rights can be tricky. There's also quite a bit of manual work required, like updating PPMs, which could be automated to save time.

An easy way to stay informed about asset management

Pros

The ability to customize it to fit our business needs has been the biggest advantage. It provides smooth functionality for our engineers while giving us real-time visibility into asset status, completed jobs and time spent. It also helps us track condition monitoring trends and supports continuous improvement efforts.

Cons

Some management reports are not very clear about where they pull data from, so we often have to spend time digging into the details.

So many great features

Pros

Since the system is hosted, it's accessible from anywhere, meaning we are not tied to a single location. It allows us to manage multiple sites effortlessly, search through scan screens with export capabilities and provides a relatively simple data entry process for engineers. The mobile solution in V8 has taken a big leap forward and we have a great working relationship with the team.

Cons

Reports could use an update, though with the introduction of BI tools, this might become less of an issue. The planning screen could also be improved to stay competitive with other systems.

Pros

Softsols provided their most experienced technicians to work alongside our team, ensuring we met our go-live date. We integrated data from multiple systems, transforming it into a format suitable for Agility and Softsols gave us unmatched database access, allowing us to have a fully functional system from day one. They also accommodated last minute financial system changes, which was a huge plus.

Cons

We're happy with the project's outcome but we feel like we could have achieved more if the team had been more ambitious and worked with us on implementing some software changes during the initial rollout. Now that the system is live, we have to go through a change control process, which slows things down. It's about seizing opportunities when they arise.

Complete control with just a touch

Pros

The task scheduler is easy to use, the history reporting is thorough and the reports on labor utilization are highly valuable. The stores inventory feature is also very useful.

Cons

A few limitations stand out like there's no option to print the latest Adobe PDF attachments, the global search function isn't very strong and there is no way to delete outdated or incorrect inventory locations.

Agility's functions and reports have been a great asset to our department. Softsols' help desk and phone support are truly commendable.

Cons

Some forms should be linked for better efficiency, but once we pointed it out, SoftSols was quick to address the issue and make the necessary changes.
