Pros

Bringing several functions together Asset Controller has taken a lot of the manual effort out of tasks that used to be much more time-consuming. Having all the essential documentation stored in one central database has made collaboration between key stakeholders much better and also supports remote working really well. We now depend on the software in our day-to-day operations and have gained a lot from the efficiencies it has introduced. It has helped improve KPIs such as turnaround times, non-conformances and repeat customers which has directly contributed to the company's success and profitability.

Cons

It would be helpful to have customizable notifications so team members could be alerted whenever a task is assigned to them.

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is the accountability built into every stage of the system. It lets you follow any asset from beginning to end and even review its history months later without any trouble.

I haven't run into any real drawbacks yet. On the rare occasion I've had an issue, it's been resolved very quickly.

Pros

Asset Control has become a core part of how we handle day-to-day work in the business. We rely on it for checking products in and out, producing certificates and keeping stock levels under control. It also lets us add notes to each asset and come back to those notes at any time, even years later which is really useful. The system is very user-friendly and each screen can be customized to match the way you work. There's also a performance section where you can review progress across the year and that can be tailored as well. Training records can be added into Asset Control too, then tracked to see who has completed what. Overall it's an excellent product and one I would absolutely recommend.

From check-in to checkout, the usability has been excellent. It makes servicing products much easier to monitor, track and manage overall.

Honestly I haven't come across any issues with the software. If anything does get reported, it's usually fixed in the next software updates.

Pros

Asset Controller has taken a lot of manual work off our plate. It automates calibration certificates, calibration labels, service reports, reminders and shipping notifications which helps us keep clients updated while also tracking their assets and making sure they remain compliant with calibration requirements. It cuts down significantly on human error and gives us a complete audit trail. The custom user permissions are also a big plus since approval and review of documentation can only be handled by employees who have the right training.

Cons

One part of our calibration certificate originally needed more information than the editable fields allowed at that time. That said the issue was addressed in under 24 hours and additional custom fields were added to match what we needed. Customer service from Asset Controller has honestly been 10/10.

Pros

Staying up to date with current tasks, turnaround times and workload across the business is much more manageable with this software. The historical notes attached to assets are especially helpful for jogging your memory on work completed for repeat customers. The calendar feature also does a really good job of making scheduling clear and efficient.

Cons

It can feel a bit overwhelming at first for someone who only uses it casually but the training tutorials on the website do a good job of helping you get up to speed.

Pros

Keeping tabs on orders and current stock is much more manageable with this system and the recalibration alerts are really helpful when a customer needs attention. It also lets us store all the audit trail and quality documentation against each asset which means important records don't go missing.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the syncing process since entered data has to be synced manually. An automatic sync option would definitely make it more convenient.
