“Flexible workflows and clean UI”
Pros
The workflows and UI are really well done. Integration was simple and the ability to customize the workflow makes the platform fit our process much better.
Cons
One thing that could make it even better is allowing customized workflows to be created directly through the front end since that would be a really valuable feature.

“real-time issue tracking win”
Pros
A feature that works really well is being able to raise issues using the asset serial number and then follow the repair progress with real-time status updates. The screens are also very user-friendly which makes the system comfortable to use day to day.
Cons
Reporting still has room for improvement especially around KPI and SLA reports. At the moment, I need to export the data to Excel and build the reports there to get what I need.
