Pros
One thing I've found really helpful is how preventive maintenance and repair work connect directly to asset value. It makes it much easier for me to figure out which equipment might need replacing down the line.
Cons
Because the project is still fairly new, there have been a few small bugs and some hiccups while moving over from our old software, MaintenanceCare, to this one. That said, the response time has been incredibly quick so it really hasn't turned into an issue for us. I honestly don't have any real complaints.
