Pros
What stands out to me is the clean interface and the mix of ready-made dashboards along with ones I can adjust myself. I also like having real-time reporting and honestly, the onboarding team has been amazing throughout the whole process.
Cons
Getting everything set up can feel a little tricky at the beginning but the onboarding team was always available and quick to help guide the process.
