powerful dashboard and reporting

Pros

Right from the home screen, I can immediately see which follow-up actions need my attention. It's also quick to pull up supporting documents, like contractor service reports, whenever I need them. I'm able to report clearly to senior management on the status of all work activities, including any follow-up actions and the configurable dashboard with KPI and summary reports has been really valuable.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any real complaints about the system itself or the level of support. I've been very happy with it overall.

Clear dashboards and simple workflows

Pros

Using Azolla software has been simple for both end users and maintenance technicians. The dashboards and reports give a very clear overview which makes it simple to stay on top of things.

Cons

Only downside is that setting up new users and adding locations can feel a little difficult.

Well-designed dashboards throughout

Pros

The custom dashboards and IoT dashboards are put together really well and the system overall feels thoughtfully designed and works as a complete solution.

Cons

Reports still seem like an area that could use some improvement although the dashboards already cover a lot of what I would normally need from reporting.

all-in-one facilities management

Pros

Having both hard and soft facilities management services together in one tool is a big plus. It keeps everything in a single place and makes the whole process much more convenient to manage.

Cons

Floating sidebar is the only thing that comes to mind and even that feels like a very minor issue.

Pros

Right from the start, the system felt simple to use. The IoT features really add to the value and having one place to manage work coming in from multiple systems is a big advantage. The notifications dashboard has been especially useful during interactive meetings and helps make sure nothing gets missed. Onboarding was quick, efficient and we felt well supported the whole way through.

Cons

At Salesforce we'd like to make more use of the app.

Fast adoption and useful dashboards

Pros

Jumping into Azolla for the first time was surprisingly easy and the feature set is solid especially on the IoT side. Our engineers picked it up really quickly and within a week more than ninety percent of their work was being captured in the system without any fuss. The dashboards are easy to build and give us a quick snapshot of how the day, week and month are tracking at a glance.

Cons

Reporting side still needs quite a bit of improvement. We often have to export reports into Excel and apply filters there to get the information we need. While the dashboards display helpful information, the drill-down options could be much better for deeper data analysis. Azolla also does not include stock inventory so parts are not linked to assets and stock usage is not tracked.

clear compliance tracking

Pros

Having everything mapped out for each client makes it much simpler to show the full year's planned preventative work and prove we're staying compliant with that schedule. The home screen is useful for spotting which follow-up tasks still need my attention and it's quick to pull up supporting files such as contractor service reports. It also helps us give clients clear updates on the progress of all work activities, including any outstanding follow-up actions. Keeping all service reports in one place means they're always accessible when needed.

Cons

The only real downside is that progress can be delayed when other people don't close out their assigned actions on time.

Clean interface and quick issue assignment

Pros

The interface is well designed so staff can log and report issues without any hassle. Assigning a team member to handle each issue is also simple and works really well.

Cons

Single sign-on still isn't available yet although it's expected to be added in the near future.

Excellent visibility across sites

Pros

Keeping track of work orders and reactive tickets raised by clients is much simpler with this software. I can also pull up contractor reports and certificates from previous maintenance visits whenever I need them. It gives me plenty of useful information to include in client reports, such as completed works and any outstanding issues still needing attention. The multi-site access makes all of this far more efficient especially when a client has several sites covered under the same company contract.

Cons

Sometimes there can be some delays when allocating work to other users if completed work orders have not been properly closed out first.

User-friendly and quick to learn

Pros

The layout is simple so getting around the system feels simple and training new staff doesn't take much time.

Cons

One thing missing is a drag-and-drop option for files. Having that in place would save quite a bit of time.

Handy planner and supplier records

Pros

The schedule planner has been the most useful part for me because it lays out the work ahead by days, weeks, months and even years. Azolla also stores supplier contact details and contracts in one place which saves a lot of time since those documents can be difficult to track down through emails.

Cons

Loading times can be pretty slow depending on the tab I open especially the ones that hold a large amount of data.

Pros

It keeps all the core functionality you'd expect from FM software but presents it through a simple, simple and very user-friendly interface.

Cons

A few parts of the business don't fully match Azolla's current functionality yet but the Azolla team has been supportive and open to developing future features to cover those areas.

Smart dashboard and strong oversight

Pros

We're currently using Azolla for planned/preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance and facilities-related task management and it's become part of the daily routine for four of us. It does a really good job of tracking tasks, monitoring contractor and supplier performance and making sure work is completed when it's supposed to be. For quite a while, the business needed a way to retain building data to support budgeting and help build a ten-year forward maintenance plan and even in the relatively short time Azolla has been in place, it's already helping Utmost achieve that. From a management perspective, the interactive dashboard has been especially useful. It feels simple, gives a clear view of what's happening on site each day and provides complete oversight for both me and the wider team. We make extensive use of the planned maintenance modules and the dashboard is also an excellent briefing tool for management because it gives quick access to the key statistics.

Cons

The biggest challenge has been getting the team to use it consistently and keep their input up to date through regular interaction with the software.

solid traceability, weak exports

Pros

Azolla software gives solid traceability and works well as a CMMS for managing maintenance tasks.

Cons

The risk assessment export is a drawback because it isn't usable in Excel.

Convenient feedback tools

Pros

The dashboard and overall interface are very user-friendly and the user feedback management system has been excellent as well.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues yet although it's still early in the rollout of the new package.
