Very powerful and flexible

Pros

For my needs the platform is extremely powerful and highly adaptable allowing me to customize each individual screen extensively and it runs remarkably fast on our cell phones which I really like.

Cons

At the beginning I find it somewhat overwhelming and believe it would benefit from simplification or a pared-down mode geared toward casual or light users.

Easy to deploy and customize

Pros

As a user I found the application to be web-based which made deploying it easy and it supported extensive customization so I could tailor it significantly to our needs.

Cons

The procurement tool ended up being pretty weak. It took a lot of tweaking to make it usable. And getting help was a nightmare.... support basically made us do all our own troubleshooting which wasted days of our time.

Best choice for workers and good info

Pros

As a manager of field crews I find the system is both easy for my team to use in the field and powerful in delivering the precise information we need for operations and maintenance. Furthermore the support team has been consistently excellent, they reply promptly, listen to our suggestions and adapt when we propose a more efficient approach.

Cons

To date I have not come across any drawbacks or shortcomings.

Pros

In my experience the software has proven exceptionally reliable and consistently stable and the support team has been outstanding--approachable, professional and consistently quick to respond whenever I raise questions or submit requests.

Cons

I honestly have no complaints to voice as I came across nothing that I would criticize.

Overall I've found the platform exceptionally user-friendly and presently both our IT Department and Transportation Department utilize it while its Report Writer functionality remains an excellent feature that we rely on.

Cons

No drawbacks since our District acquired this solution and to date there have been no negative issues that I can report.

userfriendly and fast but single-screen limitation

Pros

WW is extremely user-friendly and easy to operate. I've gathered comments from a wide range of my colleagues, spanning those who are computer-literate to those who struggle with technology and the consensus I receive is that it is an excellent solution. After only a week's worth of training, most staff were comfortable enough to fully engage with the application. The hosted ASP deployment has been remarkably responsive, with virtually no noticeable delays. Also reporting is very flexible and when you know the output you need you can extract it, the underlying data can be exported or at minimum copied and pasted into Excel to perform bespoke queries and pivot analyses.

Cons

At present the interface only allows me to view a single screen at a time so whenever I switch between modules I lose my previous position in the original view which can be frustrating if I'm working across several records. To work around this limitation I rely heavily on the worklist capability which I find invaluable because WW retains recently accessed purchase orders, equipment identifiers, work orders and similar items and places them into distinct buffer lists that I can rapidly recall back into my active workspace but this still means the module I left will not maintain its exact state.

Great support team to work with

Pros

Working with Azzier's support team I have found them to be an excellent group to collaborate with, consistently exhibiting strong expertise and providing clear, informative guidance and they respond to all of our requests and questions promptly and efficiently.

Cons

So far I haven't come across ed any issues and I have no complaints to report.

Pros

After purchasing Web Works' hosting package we found ourselves genuinely impressed by its fast performance and the attentive support which together made our experience smooth and satisfying.

Cons
