Pros

Fast, flexible and comes with online help. The standard version follows prescriptive maintenance processes, great for regular users but a bit complex for occasional users.

Cons

Some terms are inconsistent across features and setting up geographic tree structures could be smoother. The reporting section could be more userfriendly and sorting/searching in tables could be more flexible. The scheduling feature could use better filters and display options, and there is no spell check for comments or text fields.

After a year of using it, there have been a lot of positives. There is still room for improvement, especially in making it more graphical and ergonomic. AI integration could make access even faster and easier.

Over a year of map system error in Carl's ticket

Pros

The inventory management feature is great and I like that it allows widget customization.

Cons

We have not been able to use Carl Maps for over a year and a half because of system bugs. Moving data between databases is also not very practical.

Pros

We are still in the design phase but so far, we are satisfied. The support from CARL has been excellent and we appreciate their help.

Cons

We ran into some design and programming challenges on our end but CARL was quick to find workarounds that helped us keep things moving.
