“CERDAAC Certificates
Pros
The ESD and Calibration certificates found in CERDAAC contain all the necessary information, eliminating the need to search for additional details. The tests conducted by SIMCO help us remain compliant.
Cons
It would be beneficial if reviews were conducted periodically to strengthen the software.

“Great Platform for My Needs
Pros
It was very easy to find and prepare a unit for evaluation and repair. The ticketing system and process were smooth, with quick responses to status changes.

“Simple and easy to use
Pros
Cerdaac does almost everything I need it to. It's highly customizable to individual needs and quite intuitive to use after minimal training.
Cons
Some widgets don't always provide accurate information or the provided information has nuances that can't be explained by the numbers. The rest of the software is excellent.
