Pros

CERDAAC is quite simple to use, even for new hires. I've been using CERDAAC for a year now and currently train new employees on how to navigate it once logged in.

Cons

So far, I've had no issues working with CERDAAC.

The search options are limited (e.g., only by Assets and not other identifiers). The biggest downside is that I'm informed Rooms cannot be added, making it impossible to create work orders for issues like wall cracks or pest control.

It would be beneficial if the calibration information was better linked when creating a calibration certificate, as you can't view your information side by side to fill in the blanks for printing.

Cerdaac is relatively simple to operate. I input ID numbers into the software, which then generates a shipper that I attach to the equipment for pickup.
