Pros
Having API integration has made a big difference for me since all equipment data is pulled into one place. I also like how clear the utilization reports are and tasks like reporting issues or completing DOT inspections feel quick and easy.

The interface works well for me especially for people out in the field and I've had a great experience with customer support since issues get resolved quickly.
Cons
