flexible admin

Pros

Across my company, I use the platform to manage restaurant facility work orders and it covers a wide range of tasks. I can handle preventive maintenance schedules, manage contacts, track technician time and mileage, review vendors and keep up with assets all in one place. The reporting module stands out a lot for me because it can show both summary-level data and very detailed information. I feel like I'm still discovering everything it can do. Another big advantage is having admin control which allows me to make configuration changes myself instead of always depending on support. When I do need help, the support team and account managers have been very helpful. The implementation and integration teams have also been great to work with, as they really listen and try to meet our needs whenever possible. There are times when extra services come with a fee but in my experience, the pricing has been fair.

Cons

At the moment, our company is still using the older 7.9 version and we're really looking forward to moving to 9.x. Version 7.9 has a user interface that feels dated and not very appealing and it isn't particularly simple to work in. There are no dashboards and the search functionality leaves a lot to be desired. Another limitation is that 7.9 only works with Internet Explorer and the mobile app which is mainly useful for technicians. The alert workflow also lacks the flexibility we need and is harder to configure the way we'd prefer. From what we've seen, version 9.x addresses these issues which is why we're eager for the upgrade.

Tweakable reporting and helpful support

Pros

One thing I really like is the level of control I have when making changes. The reporting tools cover a lot and I find it useful that I can export reports in different formats. Whenever I've contacted customer support, they've also been very helpful.

Cons

I do wish there were more documents and help guides available outside of the built-in help search that we could use and share with our team and employees. Honestly, I've come across more useful guides and documentation through random Google searches than directly on the website.

clear design and pleasant navigation

Pros

The overall look and feel of the software works well for me. I like that everything is clearly labeled and easy to find which makes navigation simple during daily use.

Cons

A few important features are still missing especially the ability to search historical data for specific assets so real costs can be determined.

very user-friendly setup

Pros

In my experience, it doesn't take long to get comfortable with the platform. I was able to start using it without much effort.

Cons

It would be even better if it included a few more features, like built-in GPS integration.
