Being able to chat directly with customers has made communication much easier for me. I don't have to go looking for email addresses anymore which saves time and keeps everything in one place.
Cons
One thing that gets annoying is the chime the program plays whenever a work order is created or a note is added. If the app is left open in the background, you end up hearing it constantly.

Running property management tasks through this software has been efficient in my experience. I like how it connects with other platforms like MRI and transfers tenant and applicant information smoothly. It also works well with ServicePro and the calendar features help me stay on top of daily tasks.
Cons
Only downside that comes to mind is that if something is entered incorrectly in MRI, this software will still pull and use that same incorrect data. For example, if the wrong date or email is entered in MRI, it carries over here too which can cause mistakes like sending messages to the wrong email address.

Having visibility between field teams and the home office has helped me a lot. I can quickly spot issues like missed follow-ups or unpaid invoices and the approval process is easy for me to handle.
Cons
When we add a new vendor, our stores usually can't locate that vendor unless we either create a test work order or set the vendor to auto-assign. Also, older work orders that were never invoiced, going back to 2015 and 2016, are not simple to cancel.

Pros
Tracking work orders has improved a lot for me because I can monitor everything in one place. I'm able to check job statuses, follow technician activity and review the history of a location in detail. This really helps me decide whether to repair or replace equipment based on past records.
Cons
The missing piece right now is approval of vendor quotes in the mobile app. Having that available would be really helpful. At the moment, whenever a vendor sends in a quote, I have to switch over to the desktop version to review and approve it.

In my experience some team members are very knowledgeable and helpful. The product itself works well for me as long as I don't rely on customization and I also find the pricing reasonable.
Cons
Deadlines are consistently missed and projects just don't get finished when they're supposed to. When they customize the software for a company, they don't provide tech notes or proper documentation which becomes a real issue later. Since only a small number of employees seem truly knowledgeable, getting dependable help is hit or miss. On top of that, emails often go unanswered for too long and any feedback about where they're falling short doesn't seem to be welcomed.

From what I've seen, customers find it easy to place and track work orders using the system. I also like that I can adjust it to fit different types of clients based on what's needed.
Cons
The back-end setup is a bit complicated but the IT support team was helpful in walking us through the design and even provided a spreadsheet template for importing data.

After I went through proper training, moving around the software became much easier for me. What stands out most is how reliable it has been, since the system stays up and running without issues. My field reps also enjoy using the app. The only thing I'd still like is the option to send work orders directly from the app.
Cons
Working with one of the customer service reps was pleasant at first but after we were directed to use the Customer Support email for any additional help, communication started to drop off. Handling everything through email has been frustrating especially when a phone conversation would make things much easier to explain. I did request a phone call with support but because of the time zone difference, the call was missed. That's been my biggest issue with the software, the Customer Support.

Keeping track of preventive maintenance tasks has been very helpful for me. Once a task is done, filling out the work order doesn't take much effort which saves time in my daily routine.
Cons
Creating reports feels a bit clunky and not all that simple. It would be much better if that process were more aligned and user-friendly.

One thing I really value is how the product keeps getting better over time. I've noticed the IT team actually listens to user feedback which makes a difference. I can also access it across different platforms and the reporting tools have been very useful in my work.
Cons
The technician app still feels a bit underdeveloped. It would be much better if I could work with more than one page at a time while using it. Having tabs for example, would make it much easier to switch between stores or different tasks, like checking work orders while opening another tab to run a report.

From my experience, their customer service has been strong for a long time and the technology they offer gives me a lot of room to work with. I also like that they were early in providing an Apple/iOS app that worked well in real use which helped me get value quickly from our Apple devices.
Cons
Downside at the moment is that the version we're using only runs in Internet Explorer, although I've heard the upgrade to it Enterprise from itNet is expected to fix that problem.

Getting around the system feels easy for me but at the same time, it still has a lot of depth. I especially like being able to create custom reports, since it helps me analyze data in a way that fits my needs.
Cons
A limitation is that it really only works with Microsoft Windows Explorer. Some of our customers have also mentioned that the service request portal could look better and be a bit more user friendly. They've brought up more than once that they don't care for all the pull-down menus. I also wish we had paid to integrate it with our accounting software so we could create POs. On top of that, the letter-writing feature feels outdated and could definitely use a more modern update.
