“hidden details make claims safer”
Pros
I find it really helpful that I can add photos and titles to each item. The hidden information section is also a big plus for me because only my internal team can see it which helps when verifying ownership of items.
Cons
One issue came up when we brought the iPads and laptops on-site, the vendor didn't provide hotspots or any reliable way to guarantee internet access. Since connectivity was very limited at the 3-day music festival, we had to wait until the next morning, when Wi-Fi was available, to log everything. That basically took away the software's real-time benefit.

“quick fixes but slow loading”
Pros
Whenever I've faced an issue, it has been resolved quickly. I also like that the system is easy for me to use without needing much effort.
Cons
It can be a bit slow to load at times. Aside from that, I haven't run into any other problems.
