Keeping track of maintenance schedules has become much easier for me with this system. I get a clear view of what's going on with each work order which helps me stay on top of things. The email alerts for upcoming tasks are really helpful and I also like how completed and escalated work orders stay in sync without extra effort.
Cons
The mobile app has a serious bug that sometimes makes certain features unreliable on mobile. It's especially noticeable on iOS, where a lot of the functions don't work the way they should and the interface could definitely be improved to make it more user-friendly.

Overall, my experience with this CMMS has been very positive. It handles user issues well and has been reliable for maintenance operations. I think with a few small improvements, it could become even better. Since I started using it, managing data and tracking my maintenance team has become much easier. It has also reduced mistakes and miscommunication. Adding email templates into workflows has helped me keep communication more consistent.
Cons
There is still room to improve the report generation and inventory module. A keyword search feature within work orders would also make the system more useful. Occasionally, a few rare bugs show up and it would be better if those were eliminated.
