DataLyzer's real-time SPC and shop floor application has become one of our core databases for predicting and preventing quality issues before they happen. The software is very user-friendly and the automated alerts plus email notifications from the satellites give immediate feedback to every department that needs it. On top of that, the network uptime has been consistently stellar.

Pros
At Novi Spring INC. we use this system every day and one thing that has really stood out is how many of our requested customizations have actually been delivered. John Hall and his team have been very helpful in getting those changes implemented. On the rare occasions when something comes up, customer support is quick to respond and has consistently met or even gone beyond what we asked for.
Cons
There really are very few downsides to the software and overall program. If I had to point out one, it would be the number of revisions and updates that seemed to happen for a while. That said even that has been handled well and lately the update process feels much more organized.
