Pricing policy makes no sense

Pros

Fairly user-friendly overall, the web interface is convenient and having a mobile app that works offline is definitely a plus.

Cons

The hosting is slow and the new pricing policy is absurd since technicians working in the field without web access still have to pay for web access.

modern design and helpful support

Pros

The system has a clean, visually appealing layout and the colorful, modern design makes it pleasant to use. Customer support has also been very strong whenever help is needed.

Cons

Because it's cloud-based, reliability can occasionally be affected and there are still a few features missing compared with the older OptiMaint system.

feels natural to use

Pros

Using this tool feels very natural and simple from the start. It handles multiple sites efficiently and makes team scheduling, resource management and order tracking much easier to organize. The overall user experience feels complete, aside from a few maintenance-related limits, such as restricted access to certain equipment for some users. Built-in KPIs are also a real advantage and make it easier to analyze activities in depth.

Cons

Honestly I tried to find a downside and came up empty. The tool works exactly as it should: fluid, comprehensive and thoughtfully designed. If identifying flaws were a KPI, that would be the only one stuck at zero.

interface stands out

Pros

I think the web interface is clear and user-friendly. Since it's web-based there's no need to install software on a computer which makes access much more convenient. Being able to export schedules to Excel is also a real plus.

Cons

It's a shame the mobile side isn't included by default because for people working in the field, that would be much more practical.

Configuration and deployment done right

Pros

The simplicity really stands out here. Setup and deployment are simple, day-to-day use works well and the product seems to be evolving in the right direction.

Cons

At times though, it doesn't go far enough. It can be hard to get change requests approved and there's still not much flexibility when it comes to removing BI items, maintenance contracts and similar elements.

Efficient planning and traceability

Pros

This software is very effective for planning, tracking and keeping a clear record of interventions. The way equipment and installations are identified is also well designed.

Cons

A lot of the information entered is interconnected which can create issues when trying to delete certain items. The analysis section is not the most simple.

Easy tracking

Pros

Users can submit maintenance requests, those requests can then be converted into work orders for my team and it helps us keep track of every action afterward.

Cons

It lacks statistics for my meetings, the search tools are complicated and not very user-friendly and the overall logic takes some time to understand at the beginning.

Valuable system with strong support

Pros

Using this system has been a positive experience for us. It's simple to use, the support team has been helpful and we really appreciate the value it brings. Overall it's a solid solution.

Cons

Like any application it comes with a few challenges that can differ from one site to another. On our side, the biggest concerns are asset downtime and the accuracy of some reports.

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is how the software can evolve over time. The playful side of some features makes it more enjoyable to use and the support team is very quick to respond whenever needed.

Cons

A downside is having to pay for a Web account in order to get an App account. There are also a few features I would like to have but they are not available at the moment.

Pros

Getting started was quick and the app feels pretty convincing overall.

Cons

The web version has been getting slower and slower. There's also a limit on attachments, even if the cap is fairly high for documents, reports and equipment files.

Using this tool on a tablet feels very user-friendly and practical. The setup was simple and the project manager did a very competent job supporting the product rollout in our company.

I really appreciate how much freedom the software gives when it comes to configuration. It can be tailored the way you want and the support team is very responsive whenever help is needed.

Cons

The built-in data analysis tools inside the solution are not very practical to use. To view and work with the data properly, it's usually necessary to export it first.

Visual planning and mobile access

Pros

A really useful part of DIMO Maint is the visual view of how many DI/BI need to be handled which ones are in progress and overall follow-up. The equipment base is organized in a tree structure with the related criticality clearly attached which makes it practical to navigate. The visual scheduling for technicians, with drag-and-drop, works very well and makes planning much more convenient. It's also valuable that DI forms can be customized for production requesters and the mobile solution is a real plus.

Cons

One limitation is that user profiles cannot add files to equipment records. It's also not possible to delete BI that were generated by IP.

placing orders works well

Pros

Placing orders works really well and it's very convenient to be able to quickly find the orders that were placed before.

Cons

A downside is with preventive maintenance tasks that have a planned due date: the new deadlines are not recalculated based on the BI closing date. If there is a 4-week delay, the next BI will appear 4 weeks too early which is unfortunate.

Pros

Real-time data, the ability to use the API with PowerBI and solid traceability for interventions are all real advantages.

Cons

There are occasional delays when closing BI tickets and automating certain tasks can be complicated, such as setting up automatic BI closure.
