Keeping up with repairs and maintenance across a full truck fleet is much more manageable with this software. It's very capable and gives us the functionality needed to stay on top of everything.

A few of the more advanced features take time to understand and aren't the most simple at first. Initial remote access can also be a problem depending on how your company's network is configured.

One of the best parts of Dossier is the excellent support team. It helps us stay on top of all our preventive maintenance and repair orders without much hassle. The system also gives us a reliable way to store and monitor all the important numbers for each unit and being able to add notes about previous repairs is very useful. Another feature that has been especially beneficial is having Dossier generate daily reports for us.

Changing employee permissions can be confusing at times. Because of that, there are moments when staff members do not have the access they need to make updates or changes when necessary.

I like that this system is keeps track of inspections and repairs for both heavy equipment and trucks. It's also very user-friendly which makes it simple to use day to day.

Honestly I don't have any real complaints about it. If I had to suggest one improvement, I'd say the reports could be made a bit more user-friendly.

Right away, the simple setup and navigation have been a real plus with this program. Compared with other fleet safety software I've looked at, this one gives us the ability to enter the exact information we need and review that data based on our specific requirements.

One of the biggest strengths is the daily reporting..there's a report for just about everything. Preventive maintenance and inventory reorder features work exceptionally well. It's also very convenient to update equipment details or specifications while entering daily information like work orders. The support team is truly outstanding, easily among the best out there. Another major plus is the annual Dossier Users Convention which is a valuable chance to connect with other users and see the latest software updates introduced each year.

Cons

The only downside is that offsite training can get expensive when a new user needs to be trained although the training itself is extremely thorough and high quality.
