Pros
From the demo to daily support, everything has been smooth. No setup fees and the pricing is really competitive for the value we get. Also it is highly customizable, the support team is fantastic and they keep adding new modules based on user requests.
Cons
It used to be a bit slow when switching between pages, but the good thing is that it is getting better.

Pros
The best thing is how the DreamzCMMS team customizes the software to fit our teams needs. With other software, suggestions just sit in a box and may never get done. Here, they make code changes in a day. That is incredible.
Cons
At times there is a gap between what we need and what actually gets done. Also, there are so many features and I do not fully understand all of them. I just wish it were easier to learn because I hate having to ask for help.

Pros
I love that it allows us to set up asset bin locations and mapping as it really helps with preventive maintenance. Also the user experience is great and the support team responds very fast.
Cons
Well I feel like the user interface on some of the Tasks pages could be improved.
