“Comprehensive system for work orders
Pros
We use this system for our facilities department's work orders across 20+ locations. Anyone can submit a work order for their site and the system allows us to track progress, put tasks on hold, and add notes. It keeps everyone on the same page and streamlines communication.
Cons
Finding reports could be easier I usually have to search around to figure out which one I need

Pros
Submitting general work order tickets is simple. As an admin, I find the dashboard very useful for tracking the status and progression of work orders.
Cons
Not being able to customize fields on the work order screen makes it harder to track details like money spent on specific assets

Maxpanda's ease of use is incredible. Everyone, from maintenance staff to managers, can quickly navigate the app or online platform to complete their tasks. I also love that they consistently update the software, making improvements almost daily.
Cons
The system is designed for large companies with multiple buildings which makes setup tricky for businesses like ours We run over 20 restaurants and it wasn't very easy to configure initially

Simple to use and customer support is always available when needed. Also you get real people, not an automated system.
Cons
You can't approve POs from the app but I have spoken with Maxpanda's management and they've assured me they are working on adding this feature

Their customer service is fantastic. I had a feature request for the mobile app and they actually added it in the next release!

The database sync on the mobile app is a little slow but they have acknowledged it and are working on improving it

Pros
MaxPanda has improved a lot over the past two years. I really appreciate their continuous updates and quick responses to support requests. When we first used the Android version, creating new work orders was glitchy especially when scanning QR codes. Pre-filled information would delete itself and field name bars were too short to read full descriptions. But when I used it again recently, all those issues were gone and it worked smoothly and quickly.
Cons
I had an issue when uploading photo attachments from my Samsung S10 I had renamed the files on my phone but when uploaded the system saved them with a different date time name However when I uploaded the same files via Chrome on my laptop they saved correctly The system also doesn't handle preventive maintenance based on running hours very well We've found workarounds but it doesn't feel smooth Another downside is the 10MB attachment limit It's frustrating when PDF manuals for certain assets exceed that size It would also be really helpful to have folders within attachments especially for asset history If we could organize attachments by year it would make tracking past records invoices and photos much easier
