“clunky and overcomplicated tool

Pros

In my experience, this software didn't work for my needs at all. It didn't match what I was looking for so I wouldn't recommend it based on how it performed for me.

Cons

Using it has been frustrating because it feels very clunky and far from user-friendly. There are way too many built-in functions that we simply don't need and they only make the software more confusing to navigate and harder to use.

“phenomenal support every time

Pros

Customer support has been one of the best parts for me. I've been able to reach someone quickly whenever I call and they're always ready to help. There have even been times when I needed assistance during weekends for system updates and they were available without any issues.

“simple format but update headaches

Pros

The layout is easy for me to follow and being able to upload pictures helps a lot with identifying items. I also like that the overall format is simple and doesn't take much effort to work with.

Cons

We're still using an older version because the last time we tried upgrading the software, the process was frustrating. There were a lot of error messages during the update and after that experience, we stopped trying to install newer versions.

“reliable asset tracking

Pros

Daily facility operations run much smoother for me with this system. Even when I'm not there, my team can handle service requests and keep up with preventive maintenance without missing anything. The training and the system together have made that possible. I also find it very useful for tracking major assets like chillers, boilers and air handlers and reviewing past issues helps me plan ahead. Keeping track of warranty dates is another big advantage when managing all the equipment.

Cons

Honestly, there's very little to complain about with this software. It's very user friendly.
