Equips is an excellent tool we use to manage our customers home warranty contracts. It is very easy to use and comes with many features that simplify the process.
Cons
There are a few minor issues that I noticed like using tags and attaching documents.

I find it quick and simple to use. The good thing is that each tab gives you the relevant information and Equips is a real time application so you can see updates and changes immediately.
Cons

“This thing is a money machine
Pros
Their team is fast and efficient and the technicians are friendly. So whenever we need help we do not hesitate to reach out and we do not have to wait long to get the issue resolved.
Cons
Everything went well for me. There was a slight wait for somethings but that was not an issue.

What I like the most is how easy the software is to use. It is incredibly user-friendly making tasks quick and simple to complete. Overall I would say the convenience and speed it offers make it a real time saver.
Cons

Pros
It is easy to use compared to Admin, plus it is web-based so it is faster and I love the fact that I can have multiple tabs open at once.
Cons
There were some development issues during the changes but once the team was notified, they were quickly resolved. So it it not wrong to say I have nothing major to share.
