Pros
The functionality has been really great in my experience and I find the software easy to work with on a daily basis.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the upgrade process for companies that already have software agreements in place. It would help if they automatically received the upgrade password by email instead of having to open a support ticket to request it.

“reliable rollout and support
Pros
While I was looking at different CMMS options, I needed something simple to use and not too expensive. I ended up going with an enterprise license which let me use it across multiple users and sites without restrictions. Since I've worked with CMMS setups before, I already knew how complex implementation can get so having strong support during that phase mattered a lot to me. The implementation team we worked with really made a difference. They helped with planning, setup, training and ongoing improvements which made the whole rollout much smoother. I also appreciated getting clear ROI insights and having a dedicated project manager who helped ensure we were actually getting the data quality we expected.
Cons
One limitation is that the system is server-based. We were told a mobile app is in development but we still haven't seen it released. That said, we were able to run the software on our MS Surface Pro Tablet without any issues. Still, we'd definitely welcome a more mobile-friendly solution.
