faciliCAD does a really good job of helping manage and organize spaces in a clear, practical way.
Cons
My only real disappointment at the moment is that there still isn't a mobile version available.

Pros
This tool has been a really strong facility management solution for us.
Cons
The web side is still being improved especially the graphical interface. It used to be a separate product before which wasn't the best setup.
