Simple ui and excellent support

Pros

Getting started with the software was simple for me. The interface feels easy to understand and everything is built in a way that makes sense. I've also had a good experience with the support team whenever I needed help. For my use case, the pricing works well especially for smaller operations and most of the built-in features and reports already cover almost everything I need.

Cons

One limitation is that data export through the API isn't available which makes it harder to use for data warehousing with tools such as Microsoft Office 365 Power Platform and Power BI.

helpful PM alerts and listings

Pros

The preventive maintenance notifications have been especially helpful in my daily work and I also find the asset list useful for keeping everything organized.

Cons

Scheduling PMs can be a bit confusing and I had to experiment with it for a while before I got it working properly.

mixed usability and missing details

Pros

The layout and structure feel clean and easy for me to navigate which makes working inside the system comfortable.

Cons

Tracking the time employees spend isn't very user-friendly, creating new filters takes more effort than it should and the inventory management section is missing some important information.
