“helpful mobile fault reporting”

Pros

Reporting issues directly from a smartphone has been very useful for me. I can quickly take photos to show exactly what's wrong which makes it easier to locate and fix problems. I also like the flexible task lists because they help keep machine status updated without adding extra paperwork.

Cons

What's missing is the app's functionality as a Windows application. Our machines are always equipped with industrial PCs so having it integrated directly at the machine would reduce the effort even more.

The interface feels clean, well organized and easy for me to navigate during daily use.

Cons

We still need a way to record costs and key figures so they can be evaluated later. That kind of reporting is also required for quality assurance and certification.

The software feels very flexible in my experience and I can easily assign work orders while field teams handle the actual tasks without any confusion. It gives me a practical way to manage different types of jobs without things becoming complicated.

Cons

A few limitations make it less practical than it could be. Existing intervals can't be edited so the only option is to delete them and set them up again. Holidays also aren't taken into account. After a task is finished, the PC only shows that it is completed but not the exact time and date of completion. There are no real notifications either, you only see maintenance information once the app is opened. It would be much better to have audible alerts and lock-screen notifications when maintenance is due. Ideally, the system should also connect directly to the machine so intervals could be based on operating hours, such as changing gear oil after 5,000 hours. On top of that, notifications at the machine itself or on the related PC would help, otherwise every machine would need its own Android or iOS device.

Pros

Having all machinery maintenance data in one place has made my daily work much easier. I can track tasks on active equipment, see what's scheduled next and always know the current status. As a supervisor, I also find the visibility helpful since upcoming maintenance stays clearly visible. The task lists are especially useful for me because they include clear instructions, photos and notes about whether a machine can keep running or needs to be shut down.

Cons

Integration with the other systems around us still needs improvement, although they are already working on expanding support for more and more systems.

Setting up plants was easy for me from the beginning and I didn't struggle to understand how the system works. I really like the traceability it provides for individual tasks especially the automatic documentation which helps me a lot during audits. I also find the logbook feature useful and being able to store documents like manuals, diagrams and instructions for each plant keeps everything well organized. Attaching video instructions is another feature I find helpful. The weekly schedule and shift overview give me a clear picture of work planning and going paperless has been a big improvement overall.

Cons

Only downside is being required to change the login password at fixed intervals.

Pros

The interface feels well designed and I found it easy to understand right away. I didn't need any manual to figure things out. I also like how quickly the mobile app connects with the desktop version and the range of features available makes it even more useful for my work.

The logbook feature could be improved a little, although I've heard an updated version should be released soon.
