Pros
After bringing FM Clarity into our workflow, it replaced more than 20 separate processes, systems and documents through automation. Having everything in one centralized, user-friendly platform has made collaboration much better and the real-time insights help us make decisions based on actual data. Overall FM Clarity has completely changed how we manage facilities and run the business. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve efficiency and simplify their processes.
Cons
The initial setup took a while and at the beginning the reporting functionality wasn't fully developed although it has improved significantly since then.

“Smart FM system”
Pros
Using it has been really simple for both our team and our contractors. Once jobs are logged, communication with users is simple and it's just as easy to stay in touch with contractors so we always have an up-to-date view of progress. The system feels very simple and gives us everything we need from an FM platform.
Cons
The only thing I'd really like to see in the future is integration with our accounts system although I'm confident that will come in time.

Compared with other systems I've worked with before, FM Clarity is much more simple to use and feels easier to navigate.
Cons
One frustrating part is that when you need to search for or add a supplier, you have to already know their email address to find them.

It covers the essentials of asset tracking and work order creation and monitoring really well and the biggest plus is the compliance side which can be tailored to match the needs of each individual site.
Cons
There's very little to complain about since the system can be configured around what each site actually needs.

Compared with a lot of other options out there, FMClarity really stood apart thanks to its modern design and more organized workflows. It feels like a refreshing change especially when so many older platforms still seem stuck in the dark ages.
Cons
There's honestly not much negative I can say about it. Overall it's a really strong product and even the steady flow of new features and updates is hard to view as a downside.
