“feature-rich and responsive platform
Pros
When I first started using it, I found the interface easy to work with and comfortable to navigate. I also like how it brings everything together in one place, including equipment management, work orders, inventory and preventive maintenance. Being able to access it from both PC and mobile has been very helpful for me especially when I'm working in the field. Support has also been responsive and the regular updates show that the product is actively improving.
Cons
Getting started can still take a bit of adjustment especially for users who are not already comfortable with CMMS tools. It would also be even better to see some mobile features improved further, beyond the technician side which is already well designed.
