Pros
Setting up the software was a learning experience but in a good way. I really appreciate the built-in help tools, they make it easier to figure things out on my own.
Cons
In our case, there are way too many unnecessary parameters, which actually discouraged some of our employees from using Guide TI at first.

I love that you can control user access based on their roles. It keeps things organized and makes managing permissions simple.
Cons
I can't think of any major downsides right now. The only issue I've had is with GuideMobile but I suspect that's more of an internal IS/IT issue than a problem with COGEP.

Cons
Access rights settings are very detailed, which is great for security but can make configuration more complicated than it needs to be.
