“clean calendar and reliable workflow
Pros
Starting with it didn't feel complicated and I was able to learn it quickly. I also like the calendar view because it presents a lot of information in a clean and organized way without feeling cluttered.
Cons
It falls short when it comes to advanced Asset Management capabilities and it's built on MS Access instead of a more powerful SQL-style database. It also hasn't seen updates in many years and Hach has said there are no plans to continue development. Even so, it still gets the job done reliably.
