Pros

You can tell this solution was designed by people who actually use the product in real life and a lot of the improvements seem to come directly from customer feedback because the functionality is so specific and well thought out. It's really all those small details that, in the end, make it a perfect fit for inventory management, no matter the company size or its particular requirements.

Cons

At times, loading can be a bit slow and some parts of the integrations and synchronization could be more detailed such as being able to filter synchronized Intune devices by operating system. There's also still room to improve the user experience around handing over equipment to new employees like signing a policy document or generating a record of the items provided.

Pros

One thing I appreciate is the flexibility to customize the platform, along with pricing that is based on the number of assets rather than the number of users which is a real advantage.

Cons

the system is extremely slow, with pages sometimes taking several seconds to load and that same level of customization can also end up causing bugs.
