From my experience, it's a modest system but still very reliable for both use and management.

“Great and mobile-friendly tool

Pros

It takes very little effort to start in my case and I find the complaint feature easy to use. It also aligns well with compliance standards like JCI or NABH which is important for my work. I like that there's no limit on users, the system runs lightly and data security feels great. Inventory management is also helpful and mobile access makes it even more convenient.

Cons

The only downside is that it's available only as a web-based software. They also charge on a yearly basis, although the cost each year is quite low.

Pros

Everything I need is available in the system and I find it easy to use. The logs are detailed with proper timestamps and job assignment works very well. Considering the cost and features, I would recommend it for healthcare use.

Cons

Don't have any real complaints. It already includes all the required modules, feels user-friendly, provides detailed timestamped logs and the job assignment feature is excellent. With this many useful features at a lower cost, it's a great recommendation for the medical field.

Compared with other software I've used, this has been the most user-friendly system by far. Best wishes to the whole team.

I honestly haven't come across anything negative to mention. As a user, I'm completely satisfied with the software.

I find the platform much more user-friendly and easy to work with. It also connects well with all the modules which makes everything more integrated and I benefit from the extra customization options available.

Cons

Report generation and adjusting the view to match specific user requirements could still be improved. That said, it does generate reports very quickly and the system is reliable.
