“Leading software for certificate design and generation

Pros

IndySoft is a great tool and really easy to use. When it's working properly, it's the best thing for creating certificates. Their customer service is awesome when you need help and the engineers and developers are super friendly. I love that they set up Zoom meetings and stay online with you until everything is fixed.

Cons

The software crashes pretty often. I usually fix it but for some reason, the system doesn't refresh automatically. I have to manually refresh all the settings and that usually solves the problem.

Pros

I can easily track machine activity, which has made managing assets so much easier. It also helps me stay on top of maintenance schedules so nothing breaks down unexpectedly. Since using it, our workflow has improved and production has gone up. The interface is really simple to navigate.

Cons

Their customer service could use some improvement. Also, the frequent updates sometimes make it harder to use the software smoothly.

It's easy to learn and I love that I can look up gauges and other tasks from multiple places instead of searching around.

It feels like every time there's an update, a system change or a modification based on someone's request, new issues pop up.

One of the best things about IndySoft is that I can access my assets from anywhere, without having to physically be there. It has really strong security features, so I don't have to worry about data breaches. The visual boards and reports give me a real-time view of all my assets, plus a history of everything that's happened. The interface is super clean and easy to use.

Cons

Luckily, we haven't run into any problems with IndySoft. The features are all excellent.

Asset tracking tools are super reliable. I love that I can track everything in one place instead of jumping between different systems. The batch tracking feature is a lifesaver since I can check multiple assets at once instead of one by one. Also, the security features are great, keeping everything protected while we track. The reporting and audit trails give us deep insights into what's happening with our assets.

Cons

It has been performing perfectly and we haven't encountered any downsides yet. Nothing to dislike so far.

Our old software was working great but when we upgraded our computers, we had no choice but to switch to the new version and pay for a subscription. It would have been nice to have other options.
