“limited customization with frustrating reporting
Pros
Honestly, from my perspective, there wasn't much that stood out. Compared with other products in the same category, I feel it just didn't offer the level of customization a small water district would need.
Cons
The database management was the worst part by far. I come from the old-school mindset of "garbage in, garbage out," but that didn't seem to apply here. Once your data was entered, it felt like it no longer belonged to you. If you needed a non-standard report or wanted to run a "what if" scenario, the only option was to call tech support, pay an extra fee and wait for them to get back to you.
