“Great ERP integration
Pros
It fit into our existing ERP setup without much hassle and that made it easier for me to connect planning and production in a more organized way.
Cons
Front-end interface feels pretty fixed as it is. It would be much better if there were more options to customize it further.

“mobile rounds productivity boost
Pros
After rolling it out for mobile rounds and inspections, I've noticed a clear improvement in operator productivity. We're also able to capture more asset data than before. My team has been happy using it especially since it works well on both iPhones and iPads. The implementation took less than two months and after reviewing similar tools, this one clearly performed better for our needs.
Cons
The only difficulty we ran into was when we needed a custom integration with our historian system.

“user-friendly suite for field teams
Pros
From the start, the Connected Worker Suite felt simple and easy for me to use. It helps my field technicians handle administrative tasks while they're already on-site with customers which saves time and keeps work moving.
Cons
At times, the apps do fail but that is not really an issue with the Suite itself. It is more related to network availability and, to some extent, the more complex architecture. The error messages also tend to be fairly technical, although I understand it may be difficult to make them much more self-explanatory.

“fast and reliable offline
Pros
The speed has been great in my experience and the ability to work offline in the field has been a major advantage for me.
Cons
Having to upgrade every two years is frustrating and it ends up being both tedious and expensive.

“offline workflow that delivers
Pros
Offline mode has been especially useful and I also like that warehouse staff can enter transactions in real time instead of waiting for end-of-day updates which keeps everything more accurate.
Cons
The current release is still missing some standard SAP features.

“productive workflow boost
Pros
In my experience, the Connected Worker platform has helped my organization digitize processes in a practical way and I've seen an improvement in productivity because of it.
Cons
Getting around the platform can be a bit complicated and confusing so finding the features we need is not always easy. It also feels like there still aren't enough features available and some of the existing ones aren't detailed enough to fully cover our needs.

“clear asset tracking process
Pros
What I really appreciate is how clearly everything is structured for clients before and after implementation. It also helps reduce the risk of asset misuse or mismanagement which adds an extra layer of control for me.
Cons
Part I dislike is that most of my experience with asset tagging comes from traditional methods so switching over and adapting to this approach has been quite difficult.

“reliable stock tracking dashboard
Pros
The dashboard gives me a clear picture of stock movement, both incoming and outgoing which helps me make better supply chain decisions. Transfers between locations also work smoothly and I find the external warehouse reports to be accurate and reliable.
Cons
The iPad version feels limited and some of the general options are not as clear or as broad as they are in the desktop version. Also, the connections with the counting system in the inventory manager are not visible.
